My tenant hasn't paid any rent since October! How can I get her to pay?

Kevin,

No rent since October?! Not much I can do to help you at this point. Start the eviction process immediately. Once she is evicted determine what she owes you in rent, late fees, attorney fees, damages, etc. Work to find a good tenant that will pay their rent. Then you can work on collecting what she owes you.
