We think we have identified the problem which is easily remedied. However, the tenant in the apartment we think is causing the problem (has to do with ventilation), is not returning calls. So, we have tenants dealing with an uncomfortable situation, and a remedy that we can't seem to get into place. If I don't succeed in contacting this tenant by the end of the day, I will try the alternate phone numbers we have on file. If that doesn't work, we will have to go in person and/or post a note on their door. Will let you know final outcome. Thanks for interest - maybe others have had experience with a similar issue?
